Agfa Aviphot Pan 200 is a high-resolution panchromatic film with extended sensitivity into the near-infrared range, offering a unique combination of fine grain, high sharpness, and versatility. Originally produced for aerial photography, this film was hand-cut and reloaded onto 120 spools in a darkroom setting. It expired in 2014 and still performs well when exposed and developed thoughtfully.

Used without filtration, it delivers crisp, contrasty black-and-white images. When paired with a deep red filter or 720nm infrared filter, the film can render ethereal infrared effect, lush foliage glows, skies darken dramatically, and skin tones smooth out in unique ways. We recommend shooting at ISO 100 for standard black-and-white, and bracketing exposures when using IR filters due to the dramatic light reduction.

• Age-Related Effects: While expired in 2014, this film tends to age well. You may experience some base fog or reduced sensitivity. Increasing development time by 1 minute is recommended when shooting at ISO 100.
